Where you have made an enquiry but not placed an order for our services, your data will be kept for 2 years after the last date of contact.
Where you have ordered and paid for our services, your data will be kept for 7 years after your last payment or 2 years after the last date of contact, whichever is later. This is to ensure we comply with our legal requirement to retain business records.
What rights do you have over your data?
You can contact us to request details and a copy of any personal data we hold about you. This is called a “subject access request”. There is normally no charge for a subject access request, though many repetitive requests may lead to a fee being charged to cover our administration costs.
